Water transfer technology is a kind of printing which uses water pressure to hydrolyze the transfer paper / plastic film with colorful images. There are two types of water transfer skills, one is water mark transfer skills, the other is water drape transfer skills;

  after printing colorful lines on specially chemically treated coated film or water transfer paper, the colorful patterns are evenly transferred to the product surface by using the effect of water pressure, while the coated film or water transfer paper is actively dissolved in water.

  after cleaning and drying, spray a layer of transparent protective coating, and then form a three-dimensional simulation picture and text on the surface of the product, so that the product presents a different three-dimensional visual effect.

Water transfer printing process

1. Film printing: printing various images on polymer film;

2. Spray primer: many raw materials need to be coated with a layer of adhesive, such as metal, ceramic, etc., if you want to transfer different images, it is necessary to use different background colors, such as wood grain substrate using brown, coffee color, earth yellow, etc., stone grain substrate using white, etc;

3. Extension of membrane: let the membrane lay flat on the water surface, and wait for the membrane to expand smoothly;

4. Activation: with a special solvent (activator) to activate the image of transfer film into ink condition;

5. Transfer printing: use water pressure to print the activated image on the printed object;

6. Water washing: wash the residual impurities of the printed workpiece with water;

7. Drying: will be printed workpiece drying, temperature to be determined by the primality and melting point of the data;

8. Spray finish: spray transparent protective paint to protect the surface of the printed object;

9. Drying: will spray finish the surface of the object dry.
